Professionals who attain Management Group status have demonstrated consistent technical competence in their disciplines and a commitment to the firm Values and Goals. Accordingly, all Management Group members are key contact people for the clients they serve. Management Group members participate in departmental leadership meetings, serve as Mentors to younger professionals and serve on various committees and task forces within the Firm.
