Ennis, Pellum & Associates, CPAs is seeking candidates to fill the following positions for our growing practice.
Seasonal Tax Staff
Successful candidates will have:
- An accounting degree or other income tax preparation coursework
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience in public accounting or related experience
- Experience in either individual or corporate tax preparation, or both
- The desire to work either part-time or full-time from February 15th to April 15th, with flexible schedules available as necessary
- The ability to meet challenging client requirements and keep track of multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- Command of Microsoft Office programs and other accounting-related software packages
Tax Interns
Successful candidates will have:
- A professional appearance and demeanor
- The desire to work either part-time or full-time from January to April 15th, with flexible schedules available as necessary
- The ability to meet challenging client requirements and keep track of multiple priorities
- The ability to keep management/supervisors apprised of engagement status and to seek guidance on projects, as necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- Command of Microsoft Office programs and other accounting-related software packages
