Prior to joining Ennis, Pellum & Associates, CPAs, Dwin managed the Jacksonville tax compliance practice at Ernst & Young LLP. He supervised the preparation of tax returns for entities ranging in size up to $300 million in revenues, primarily in the real estate, financial services, entertainment and retail industries. His experience ranges from individual income tax returns to large consolidated corporate tax returns. Dwin has extensive experience with partnerships, LLC’s and S corporations. Such experience includes working with multi-tiered partnerships, special allocations of income and deductions, QSSS and single member LLC issues. He has worked with many multi-state businesses and his state tax experience includes both stand-alone and consolidated state income tax returns for large corporations, as well as composite state income tax returns for partners and shareholders of partnerships and S corporations. His areas of primary interest include working with hedge funds and real estate partnerships.
