Anna began her career in public accounting in the Jacksonville office of Ernst & Young LLP, where she served in the audit practice for three years. She then worked in the private industry for four years as the Director of Finance for a local group of affiliated entities and joined Ennis, Pellum & Associates, CPAs in 2002. Anna provides audit and management advisory services to privately-held companies in industries including: construction, distribution, manufacturing, technology, transportation, service, healthcare, and hedge funds. Anna’s also has extensive experience in the audit of employee benefit plans, as well as audits of compliance with Department of Transportation requirements.
Anna was admitted as shareholder in 2004 and assumed responsibility for the firm’s audit practice. Through demonstrating effective management and leadership of the firm’s audit operations and processes, she was named Chief Operating Officer of the firm in 2007. Anna led the firm’s conversion to a paperless audit and tax system and strives to adapt the latest technologies to the firm’s operations to yield efficient processes and effective delivery of unparalleled client service.
Anna is active in the Jacksonville community through service to a number of organizations. Anna serves on the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce Finance Committee. She is also both Chair-Elect and Chair of the Programs and Services Committee for the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center Advisory Board. For the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center’s Financial Matters Mentoring Program, Anna has served as a CPA mentor and facilitated the Cash Flow Workshop. Further, Anna serves as President of the University of North Florida Coggin College of Business Alumni Chapter.
